This guide helps explain the Disclaimer in plainer language. It is not the binding legal policy. If this guide and the Disclaimer ever differ, the Disclaimer controls.
Disclaimer Guide
Binding policy: binding Disclaimer
The Short Version
Axiom Charts gives you tools and materials you can use to study, test, plan, and review. They are for educational and informational use only.
They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, trading, or other professional advice. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any instrument.
A tool can show you information. It does not make the decision for you. It does not remove trading risk. It does not move responsibility from you to Axiom.
That is the heart of the Disclaimer.
What Axiom Tools Are For
Axiom tools are meant to help you do your own market work. The work still belongs to you.
You may use them to study market behavior, test ideas, review setups, plan workflows, or understand how a strategy might have acted under certain conditions.
That does not make the tool an adviser. It does not mean the tool knows what you should do next. It does not mean an example, output, alert, or backtest is telling you to place a trade.
What Axiom Tools Are Not
Axiom is not your broker, dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, fiduciary, portfolio manager, or trading monitor.
Using Axiom does not create a personal advisory relationship. It also does not create a duty for Axiom to watch your trades, review your account, manage your risk, or tell you when to act.
If you need legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or other professional advice, talk to a qualified professional for that work. This guide does not provide that advice.
Trading Risk Stays Real
Trading and investing involve substantial risk.
That can include the possible loss of all capital you commit. Not just a small loss. Not just a bad trade. All capital committed can be lost.
Market conditions can make losses worse. Volatility, leverage, low liquidity, slippage, delays, and market-structure changes can all affect what happens in live conditions.
Axiom tools do not remove those risks. They also do not promise safety, profit, loss control, or a better trading outcome.
Backtests And Examples Have Limits
Backtests, simulations, strategy outputs, screenshots, examples, workflows, case studies, customer statements, and shown statistics all have limits.
They are not actual trading performance.
They can be shaped by hindsight, assumptions, missing live-market friction, incomplete data, settings, or market conditions that do not last.
That does not mean they are useless. It means they are not a forecast.
Axiom does not represent that your account will get similar profits, losses, results, timing, win rates, or experiences. A clean-looking backtest is still not the same thing as live trading.
Alerts, Webhooks, And Automation Can Fail
Alerts, notifications, webhooks, and automation-adjacent features are convenience tools. They are provided on a best-effort basis.
They may be delayed, interrupted, duplicated, or fail entirely.
That can happen because of platform issues, third-party dependencies, rate limits, provider outages, user configuration errors, routing problems, or other factors outside Axiom's reasonable control.
You are solely responsible for how you use alerts, webhooks, scripts, automations, notifications, and third-party routing tools. Do not treat delivery or execution as guaranteed.
Why Product Outputs Can Vary
Product outputs may vary.
Two chart setups can differ because of data providers, charting platforms, timestamps, exchange rules, rounding, latency, outages, webhook delays, user settings, or other technical constraints.
Some operational features may occasionally require manual review or remediation. That includes things like entitlement sync, account linking, support tools, and fulfillment workflows.
Axiom does not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, data continuity, exact matching outputs, or suitability for every market, timeframe, or trading style.
Technical limits are not tiny footnotes. They are part of how tools, data, platforms, and live markets actually behave.
Testimonials And Customer Stories
Testimonials, examples, and customer statements are illustrative only.
They may not reflect your experience. They should not be read as typical, guaranteed, or likely to repeat.
A customer story can describe what happened for that person. It does not tell you what will happen for you.
Your Judgment Still Matters
You are solely responsible for your own analysis, decisions, due diligence, compliance duties, risk controls, and capital allocation.
Always validate tools, settings, assumptions, alerts, webhooks, automation workflows, and strategy logic in your own environment before relying on them in live conditions.
Axiom can provide tools. It cannot carry your judgment.
What This Does Not Mean
This guide does not mean Axiom guarantees output accuracy, uptime, alert delivery, webhook delivery, automation execution, or platform behavior.
It does not mean Axiom controls charting platforms, data providers, exchanges, third-party services, rate limits, outages, latency, or webhook paths.
It does not mean Axiom will monitor your trades, tell you what to trade, tell you how much to risk, or decide whether a setup is safe.
It does not mean support can approve a strategy, setup, trade, tax position, legal position, compliance decision, or live-trading plan.
It does not mean backtests, screenshots, examples, case studies, testimonials, or shown statistics are typical, guaranteed, or likely to repeat.
It does not mean technical constraints are rare.
It does not mean responsibility shifts from you to Axiom because you used a product.
Questions
Questions about the Disclaimer can be sent through contact support.
That contact path is for questions about the Disclaimer. It does not mean Axiom can give legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, trading, or other professional advice. It also does not promise review or approval of your setup, strategy, trade, or workflow.
