This guide is here to help you understand the Terms of Service in plainer language. It is not the binding legal policy. If this guide and the binding Terms of Service ever differ, the binding Terms of Service controls.
Terms of Service Guide
Binding policy: binding Terms of Service
The Short Version
When you use Axiom Charts, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service and the other policies or disclosures that are clearly shown to you.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Terms cover the website, products, account features, checkout, billing, subscriptions, support workflows, and related services.
They also draw some hard lines.
Your account information, login access, and account activity are your responsibility unless the activity comes solely from Axiom Charts' own security failure.
Paid services are for people who are at least 18 and legally able to make this kind of agreement.
Axiom Charts tools are educational tools. They are not brokerage, trade execution, custody, individualized investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice.
Billing, trial timing, cancellation, taxes, and refunds depend on the terms shown for the purchase.
Some uses are not allowed. Third-party systems have their own limits. The service is provided as-is and as-available to the fullest extent permitted by law.
That may not be the warmest sentence in the world. But it is the real shape of the Terms.
What This Guide Is For
This guide explains the Terms in plain language. It is meant to help you understand what you agree to, what you are responsible for, what Axiom Charts does and does not provide, and where the limits are.
This guide does not give legal advice. It does not create new rights, refund promises, service guarantees, or support duties. It does not replace the binding Terms of Service.
What You Agree To When You Use Axiom Charts
The Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Axiom Charts LLC for access to and use of the website, products, services, and related features.
By accessing or using the services, you agree to the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies or disclosures that are clearly presented to you.
If you do not agree to those terms, do not access or use the service.
This does not mean this guide is the agreement. The binding Terms of Service are the legal source.
Accounts, Age, And Security
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding agreements to use paid services.
You are responsible for giving Axiom Charts accurate information. You are also responsible for keeping your login credentials and account access confidential.
Activity under your account is your responsibility unless that activity results solely from Axiom Charts' own security failure.
That exception is narrow. It does not mean Axiom Charts is responsible for every mistake, shared password, lost device, weak credential, or outside account problem.
What Our Products Are And Are Not
Axiom Charts provides educational charting tools, indicators, strategy-related tooling, packages, account features, support workflows, and related website content.
The tools can help you study, test, plan, and do your own market work. The work still belongs to you.
Axiom Charts does not provide brokerage services, trade execution, custodial services, individualized investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice.
This means Axiom Charts is not telling you what to buy, sell, hold, trade, risk, or file. It is not your broker, lawyer, accountant, tax adviser, or personal investment adviser.
Axiom Charts may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including where reasonably necessary for product, legal, security, compliance, or operational reasons.
This does not mean features are promised to stay the same forever.
Orders, Checkout, Billing, And Taxes
Paid purchases made through the public checkout flow are processed by Paddle.
Paddle acts as merchant of record for those purchases. That means Paddle handles payment processing, billing administration, and applicable tax handling for public checkout.
Prices, currencies, tax treatment, and related billing details may vary. They can depend on your jurisdiction, checkout configuration, and the terms shown during the purchase flow.
The checkout screen matters. Product selection, cart review, and checkout can show purchase-specific terms.
Axiom Charts does not store full payment card information when payment is processed through Paddle.
This does not mean every customer sees the same currency, tax result, billing setup, trial, refund window, or final checkout details.
Subscriptions, Trials, And Cancellations
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled under the checkout terms, Paddle customer tools, or other cancellation methods made available by Axiom Charts or Paddle.
If you do not want the next billing cycle to be charged, you are responsible for canceling before renewal.
If a free trial is shown for a subscription plan during product selection, cart review, or checkout, that displayed trial governs the initial billing start for that purchase.
This does not mean every subscription includes a free trial.
It also does not mean canceling after a renewal charge avoids the charge that already happened.
Refunds And Purchase-Specific Terms
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and by any more specific trial or refund terms shown in product selection, cart review, or checkout.
If a trial period or refund window is displayed during checkout-related flows, that displayed term controls for the applicable purchase.
If no refund window is displayed, fees are generally non-refundable after access has been granted unless required by law or approved through support review.
That is the part to read slowly. A support review is not a guaranteed refund. A missing refund window does not become a hidden refund promise. The displayed terms for the purchase matter.
What You Cannot Do
Some use is off-limits.
You may not use the services to break the law, violate intellectual property or privacy rights, interfere with operations, bypass restrictions, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, spam others, or misuse the service in a way that creates harm or liability.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer restricted systems, or misrepresent Axiom Charts products, content, or results without written permission.
These are not suggestions. They are limits on use.
Ownership And Your License To Use The Service
Axiom Charts and its licensors keep all rights, title, and interest in the website, products, branding, software, documentation, written materials, and related content except where the Terms expressly say otherwise.
When you buy or are authorized to use a service, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that service for your own personal or internal business use, subject to the Terms.
In plain language: you can use what you bought or were authorized to use, but ownership does not transfer to you.
This does not mean you can resell it, transfer it, copy it around, sublicense it, or treat Axiom Charts software, documentation, branding, or content as yours.
Third-Party Services
Axiom Charts may reference or integrate with third-party platforms or providers. Examples include TradingView, Paddle, Supabase, Featurebase, Affonso, analytics tooling, and messaging providers.
Some optional integrations, including support chat, affiliate attribution, or analytics tooling, may be unavailable unless the relevant consent choice has been enabled.
Those third parties operate under their own terms, privacy policies, uptime commitments, and technical limitations.
Axiom Charts is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
This does not mean Axiom Charts controls TradingView, Paddle, Supabase, Featurebase, Affonso, analytics tools, messaging providers, or other third-party systems.
Availability, Disclaimers, And Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiom Charts provides the service on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
Axiom Charts does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, successful alert delivery, market-data continuity, or outcomes from using any product or feature.
This matters for trading work. A tool can help you study and test. It cannot promise profit, successful alert delivery, market-data continuity, error-free operation, or a better trading outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Terms say Axiom Charts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenues, lost data, or trading losses.
The Terms also limit Axiom Charts' aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the service. That limit is the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event that gave rise to liability.
This does not mean every loss can be recovered. It also does not mean the guide changes any liability limit in the binding Terms.
Suspension, Termination, And Changes
Axiom Charts may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, suspected fraud, non-payment, legal compliance, or material breach of the Terms of Service.
If access is terminated, the rights granted to you under the Terms end immediately.
Some parts of the Terms may still survive because of what they are. That can include payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, intellectual property protections, and dispute-related provisions.
Termination does not mean unpaid obligations disappear. It does not mean the limits in the Terms stop mattering.
Axiom Charts may update the Terms of Service from time to time.
If you keep using the service after revised terms become effective, that continued use counts as acceptance of the updated Terms.
What This Does Not Mean
This guide does not mean Axiom Charts gives trading, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or brokerage advice.
It does not mean any tool promises profit, alert delivery, market-data continuity, uptime, error-free operation, or any trading result.
It does not mean every subscription has a trial.
It does not mean every purchase is refundable.
It does not mean support review guarantees a refund.
It does not mean cancellation after renewal avoids a charge that already happened.
It does not mean Axiom Charts controls third-party services outside its reasonable control.
It does not mean you own Axiom Charts software, documentation, branding, or content.
It does not mean termination removes obligations or terms that survive by their nature.
It does not mean continued use after a Terms update is neutral.
And it does not mean this guide replaces the binding Terms of Service.
Where The Binding Policy Lives
The binding policy is the binding Terms of Service.
If this guide and the binding Terms of Service ever differ, the binding Terms of Service controls.
Contact
Questions about the Terms of Service can be sent through contact support.
That contact path is for questions. It does not mean Axiom Charts gives legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, trading, or other professional advice. It also does not mean support can rewrite the Terms, approve every refund, waive payment obligations, or promise a specific result.
